Kickstarter time: a new SFFH anthology

For marginalized authors kicking down doors

Enter Here

Short stories are near and dear to my heart. It is with great exuberance that I can announce ENTER HERE: an anthology of portals, an antho of speculative stories in science-fiction, fantasy, and horror being edited by me and M. Stevenson, author of the upcoming 2026 title BEHOOVED.

The anthology is meant to collect thirteen stories by marginalized authors: that is, authors who are BIPOC, LGBT+, neurodivergent, disabled, mentally ill, etc.

Our theme is “the door opens.” Doors are often closed to marginalized communities in publishing. We want to explore what happens when the door opens—for better or worse! The tales will range from cozy to grimdark, science fiction to horror to fantasy, across the whole speculative spectrum.

The Kickstarter

Marginalized authors do a lot of work for free. We want to pay our authors! So we need some help from you.

How does it work? You can select the rewards you want and vote to “back” them. You are only charged if we get 100% of our funding. And we only get any money if we get 100% backing.

Reader rewards include copies of the book, bookmarks, and bonus stories from your editors!

Writer rewards include query, short story, and manuscript critiques!

Let’s go!
